If you are past your refund period and do not want to be billed again in the future, you can request a Cancellation. Cancellation of membership immediately terminates membership access and prevents any future billings. You will also be canceling any bonuses you received with your Membership.
Refunding The Hays Method course results in the automatic cancellation of your Hays Method Accelerator Subscription.
Services and features included with The Hays Method License(s) and/or HaysAccelerator.com and/or DFY Accelerator Subscription account and require a current and active subscription to maintain:

- Domain URL of your choice

Should you opt to cancel your subscription after a minimum of one subscription term has been paid, you have the option to port your site to your own hosting server. Instructions will be provided upon request. If the site is not ported within 30 days of account termination the site will be forfeit and full ownership and intellectual rights returned to Media Mash DBA The Hays Method. The site will be unpublished and may be resold with no further notice.
Requests must be received in the correct format as a ticket in the support desk and received no more than 30 days from Membership/Subscription purchase, or 30 days from Single Payment purchase.
Refund requests submitted in any other manner (including via email to a personal email address of any member of the AMA Family or on Facebook) do not qualify as a submission for a request for refund.
